MOVERS AND SHAKERS
There has been a lot of staff movement within the company throughout the last six months to meet the ever growing demand for our product throughout NSW.
NSW South Coast: Nathan Wills has been promoted to Building Supervisor for the area and has been delivering outstanding results for ProCorp and our clients.
Northern Region: Brendan Dale has relocated from the South Coast to assume the position of Area Manager Northern Region and is currently based in Branxton. The office will be relocating to central Maitland by late 2008.
Macarthur Region: Richard Guelfo has been appointed as our New Home Sales Representative for NSW. This move coincides with our Real Estate operation merging into our administration hub to provide better exposure and more effective communication for our clients. Renee O’Donnell has returned to the administration team from twelve months maternity leave to assist with the increased activity.

On the South Coast around Shoalhaven a total of 1084 residential lots have been proposed for subdivision in the past four months alone. Perhaps the developers know something we don’t. Perhaps they have seen the Australian Bureau of Statistics figures showing about 270 people are still moving from the cities to the coast each week.”
